Trevor Pierson, Principal Architect/Owner

Trevor is a licensed architect with 25 years of architectural experience. He has developed a reputation in the Gallatin Valley as an architect that puts his clients first. He specializes in respecting his clients by carefully listening and then thoughtfully creating drawings that effectively communicate his client's desires. Trevor has designed, managed and completed projects which span commercial, multi-family residential, historic preservation renovations, institutional, mixed-use, urban infill, master planning, and single-family residential.
Sydney Wood, Project Architect

Sydney came to BMA in the summer of 2018 as an architecture student at Montana State University. She obtained her Masters of Architecture in 2021 and became fully licensed in 2025. She continues to be an incredible asset to our team and is always eager to learn and grow in her profession. Based remotely out of Boise, ID, Sydney enjoys backpacking, paddleboarding and practicing yoga in her spare time.
Lynsay Pierson, Owner/Office Administrator

Lynsay manages the billing and marketing side of BMA. She brings 20+ years of administrative experience to the firm. In her spare time, she enjoys portrait photography as well as spending time with her husband and their four children.
